Assistant Manager/Manager

Purpose of Role

1. Tracking and governance of the milestones and objectives of Strategic projects.

2. Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders across functions and /or entities part of the group in order to ensure execution of planned milestones of respective projects.

Role Overview

• Take ownership of assigned project implementation tasks and related activities.
• Display a proactive approach towards communicating with stakeholders & finding solutions to eliminate project roadblocks.
• Invest time on understanding business / functional processes relevant to the respective project.
• Display commitment towards execution and adherence of agreed project timelines.
• Interact and follow up with stakeholders across various business functions in order to keep assigned project on track
• Setup periodic reviews with stakeholders to communicate project progress, highlight issues and look for resolutions.
• Prepare project review worksheets and presentations in consultation with functional teams
• Prepare minutes of meetings and action item lists based on guidance received during review meets.
• Escalate matters to Project Management Office (PMO) head when necessary.
• Collate data on a periodic/Adhoc basis ( as per requirement) from teams and analyse to bring out inferences that can drive project success.
