Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls to generate leads and book travel packages.
• Handle incoming calls from potential customers, answer queries, and provide information about our travel packages.
• Effectively sell travel packages, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each destination and itinerary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Establish rapport with customers to build long-lasting relationships and generate repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
• Minimum HSC cleared.
