Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join the Founder's Office as Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in supporting senior leadership, managing cross-functional projects, and driving strategic initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Founder and Executive Team, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the company's growth trajectory. This role will report to all the 3 Co-Founder.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives:

- Collaborate with the Founders to conceptualize, execute, and monitor organizational building initiatives to scale operations effectively.

- Assist in the design and implementation of strategies for expanding from one micro-market to four.

Cross-Functional Project Management:

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational goals.

- Ensure timely delivery and alignment of projects with strategic objectives.

Executive Support:

- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings, board sessions, and other critical engagements.

- Act as a liaison between the Founders and various teams to streamline communication and decision-making.

Process Optimization:

- Identify inefficiencies in current systems and recommend improvements to enhance scalability and productivity.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve project milestones.
