Job Title: Account Manager (From SAAS Industry only)
Inbound\Outbound Sales - B2B SAAS Sales
Location : Gurugram
Work Model : Hybrid
Experience - 4-8 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and close new business opportunities with mid-sized and large enterprises within the Automotive, Insurance, Financial, and Healthcare sectors in India.
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within the Indian market.
- Client-Based Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver tailored presentations for clients, understand their specific needs, and create proposals to address their business challenges.
- Solution Selling: Understand clients' customer experience needs and effectively position SurveySensum's solutions to address their specific business challenges.
- Customer Success Collaboration: Partner closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and continued satisfaction, supporting clients in maximizing the platform's value.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales strategies, account plans, and targeted sales initiatives to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes within the Indian market to better serve clients and inform internal strategy.
- Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel weekly to meet clients face-to-face and support business development efforts.(There can be intercity travels as well)
