About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Lead to oversee the entire HR function for a fast-growing prop-tech startup revolutionizing the resale home market in India. The role demands a proactive individual capable of managing and improving HR operations, driving employee engagement, and shaping the organization's people strategy to support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.

- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

- Employee Engagement: Create and execute programs to boost employee morale, enhance team collaboration, and foster a positive work culture.

- Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and ensure role alignment with organizational goals.

- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, keeping the organization updated with evolving HR practices.

- Training and Development: Identify employee training needs and design programs to enhance professional skills and leadership capabilities.

- HR Operations: Manage payroll, benefits, employee grievances, and other HR operational activities efficiently.

- Change Management: Support organizational changes by planning and executing change management initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

- MBA with Proven track record as an HR Generalist with 7+ years of experience.
