Role Overview:
As a Associate- Founder's Office at iMocha, you will be at the heart of strategic decision-making and operations, working closely with the CEO, Founders, and Chief of Staff. Reporting to: Chief of Staff (His background :Ex-Credit Suisse, Ex-Kapiva and IIT Bombay-2017)
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Insights & Analytics: Partner with RevOps and finance teams to develop the Monthly Business MIS, track key business metrics, and provide insightful analysis to drive strategic decisions.
- Project Management: Support the Chief of Staff in overseeing and executing strategic initiatives across business growth, operational efficiency, customer success, and more. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with impactful outcomes
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Dive deep into business performance data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the Founders' office and various teams, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and seamless coordination across functions
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, refine workflows, and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's operations.
- Research and Insights: Conduct market research, gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights that support the decision-making process of the founders.
- Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Take on special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chief of Staff, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
Qualifications:
- A strong academic background with a degree from Tier 1 colleges (IITs/NITs/BITs).
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup, consulting, business strategy, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
