Job Description

Position: Zonal Manager for AP & TS.

Experience: 15+ years in the premium building material industry.

Location: Hyderabad.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the Zonal team for AP & TS.

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the region.

- Foster strong relationships with key clients in Hyderabad and Telangana.

- Lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Implement operational improvements for better efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

- Leadership and Team Management

- Strong knowledge of premium building materials.

- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

- Experience in managing large teams (at least 6-8 people).

- Knowledge of the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh market.

- A varied experience across multiple companies is preferred.

- The candidate must have stability in previous roles and the ability to manage large teams effectively.

- We are looking for an experienced Zonal Manager to oversee and manage business operations across Andhra Pradesh (AP) and Telangana (TS). The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, deep market knowledge, and expertise in premium building materials. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive regional growth, foster key client relationships, and lead a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee and manage the Zonal team for AP & TS.


- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales performance.


- Foster strong relationships with key clients in Hyderabad and Telangana.


- Drive sales and business development initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.


- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.


- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of at least 6-8 people.


- Set clear objectives and performance metrics to drive team success.


- Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.


- Implement operational improvements for better efficiency and performance.


- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.


- Monitor financial performance and budget management for the region.


Qualification & Skills:


- Proven leadership and team management experience.


- Strong knowledge of premium building materials and the construction industry.


- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.


- Experience in managing large teams (at least 6-8 people).


- In-depth knowledge of the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh market.


- A varied experience across multiple companies is preferred.


- Stability in previous roles is highly desirable.


- MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
