Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients with revenues up to - 2000 Cr.
- Drive business development by acquiring new clients as per the agreed plan.
- Build and deepen relationships with clients, engaging at Promoter/CFO levels.
- Collaborate with other bank teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions, including cross-selling products like salary accounts, retail CA and SA, forex, DCM, trade finance, CMS, etc.
- Ensure high credit quality in the managed portfolio with zero NPAs.
- Mentor and guide assistant relationship managers and analysts to enhance their skills and performance.
- Contribute to franchise and brand-building initiatives.
