IndusInd Bank - Regional Head - Corporate & Commercial Banking Group (10-12 yrs)

1] Should have handled a team of RM's and should have experience in acquisition role.

2] Have worked in client acquisition in mid corporate segment of 100Crs + companies up to 750Crs.

3] Banking Experience of >10 Years in asset side handling client.

4] The candidate should have understanding of credit, CMA, assessment and loan documentation.

5] Local candidates preferred who does have experience in local market.

6] Achieve sales target and maintain portfolio quality allocated for a defined period for the region.

7] Regular meeting with existing customers to ensure engagement and increasing wallet share through identification of opportunities to cross-sell.

8] Resolve any service related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
