Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B) ( B2C ) ( Inside Sales )


Location: Delhi, Noida , Gurgaon

Organization: SkillCircle

Experience: Minimum 1 year (EdTech industry experience preferred)

Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)


Job Summary:

SkillCircle is looking for a dynamic and presentable Business Development Executive (B2B) with strong calling experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and closing business deals within the B2B segment. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships.


Job type - Full Time

Location - Delhi NCR ( Noida , CP )


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential B2B clients .

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand SkillCircles B2B partnerships.

Effectively pitch and present SkillCircles EdTech solutions to decision-makers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and regularly update CRM systems.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of deals and partnerships.


Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in calling (preferably in EdTech sales).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to engage with and influence decision-makers in the B2B sector.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Presentable personality with good negotiation skills.

Must be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.
