We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of Territory Manager - Ludhiana. This position will be at work level 4, based in Ludhiana and will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities -
Full Responsibility and Ownership of the Aftermarket business in the respective region.
Daily coordination with Distributors retailers and make sure that smooth transactions.
Market visit based on the allotted task which is related to demand generation activities
Appointing managing the Distributors (New and Existing).
Achieving the sales target of the region planning for sales development of existing New areas.
Monthly Distributor Score Card review
Mentoring and guiding his FSRs follow company SOP s and implement in the field.
Manage escalations related to receivables from Distributor
Understand company s vision/Mission/Goals and take action in that direction to create right output.
Create clear and effective communication among the team.
Ability to understand and analyse data effective utilization of data to drive objectives.

Education Experience -
B.E / B. Tech OR Any Graduate with MBA
Experience of 5 - 8 years in frontline Retail sales and Distributor management
Industry - Manufacturing /Engineering firms, Auto components, oil, batteries, OEMs
