Job Description

  • Nurture strategic relationships with senior management at key accounts within assigned region, to become long term trusted partner to the customer.
  • Acquire holistic understanding of key customers needs and map customer organization at all levels to get desired insights.
  • Develop strong working relationship with purchase product engineering team in the assigned key accounts / regions
  • Identify future technological changes driving Automotive Tractor market growth for long term, develop strong sustainable business pipelines with differentiation product offering services.
  • Drive new business growth as per SKF Seals strategic guidelines
  • Drive opportunities to improve profitability
  • Develop long term strategic growth plan
  • Drive SKF key account management process/tools to achieve annual growth margin targets.
  • Serve as a primary business contact for the customer and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Arrangement of technical seminar for promoting SKF new offering bridging the gap between customers needs vs SKF product development plan
  • Continuously improve Automotive Industrial business process demonstrate strong team leadership for deployment adherence go SKF business process / guidelines / practices

  • Experience in handling wide variety of customers in Passenger Car, Commercial Vehicle, Tractor, Powertrain, Two-Wheeler Segment
  • Multi-functional experience like Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Development which are aligned to Sales will be added advantage.
