NOTE

* We are Hiring Experienced Customer Support Professional / SME /QA for the position of Quality Analyst

* One Year Experience in us voice or chat or Email support with good communication skills is preferred *

* UK SHIFT and Fixed Week off on ( Saturday and Sunday)

* Two way Free cab provided for pick up and drop Door step pick up and drop cab within the boundary of (20km to 25 km)

*Candidates with 1year and above of bpo experience only should apply and considered with proper documents

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for reviewing associates quality of phone and/or non-voice interactions based on client established quality measures.

Responsible for monitoring associates compliance to business rules and processes, and report any breaches identified.

Responsible for completing monitoring forms, including comments detailing associate performance and saving all results in the database for review and reporting.

Assist in making recommendations for quality assurance improvement, particularly around their workflow and knowledge guides

Being able to work at speed, accurately to agreed targets

Excellent analytical skills, ability to synthesize data from various sources

Excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge

Basic knowledge of computers and use of software.

Knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies, would be an advantage

Education: Higher secondary & above

Experience: 1yrs and above experience only applicable in call center / bpo, providing customer support via phone and non-voice channels
