Requirements:

Exp - 0 to 3yrs(Any industry exp and freshers are welcome)

Salary - 3 to 3.5 lakhs per annum

Good communications skills in English is required

Work location - Chennai

Work mode - Work from Office

Job Details:

• Shift: Night shifts only (No day shifts)
• Work Week: 5 working days, 2 rotational days off (not on weekends).
• Transport: Free pick-up and drop facility within a 25 km radius*.
• Salary: 3 lakhs per annum - 3.50 lakhs per annum (based on experience)

• Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
• Meet performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates.
