Project Manager

Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Execution :Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Team Management :Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, QAs, UI/UX.
Risk and Issue Management :Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Communication and Reporting :Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients.
Quality Assurance :Work closely with QA teams to address defects and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Resource and Budget Management :Manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, tools, and infrastructure.

Requirements
Educational Background : BE/BTech/ME/MTech in CS, IT, Mech, Civil or a related field.
PMP,/PRINCE2, or equivalent Certification
Experience :8+ Years Total Exp, 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
Technical Knowledge:
Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

Skills :
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have:

Agile-specific certifications.Hands-on experience in programming or understanding of technical architecture.

Must have:
