Role Overview:
We’re looking to onboard a passionate HR Recruiter who will focus on recruiting highly talented potential candidates who are a great fit with respect to their skills & culture fit.

You will also be heavily involved in designing & building the HR vertical of the company.

The mission for the role:
To strategize, source, shortlist, interview & recruit high-quality talent into the organization.

What you’ll do:

1) Interact with respective department leaders to understand the role & design specifications + strategy for maximum hiring success.
2) Work on sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates across non-IT roles.

3) Conduct interviews to find & judge candidates that meet our requirements & have high chances of succeeding in their roles.
4) Making offers to shortlisted candidates & guiding them until their joining date.
5) Carry out Day 1 orientation of new joiners.
6) Learn & utilize advanced HR management systems & techniques to help us build a world-class HR vertical.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3-5 years experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Very well-versed in English & Hindi
• Ability to judge a candidate’s fit, skills & interest level.
• Strong ability to pitch the job role and the company to convince candidates
• Good interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Working hours: 11 AM - 8 PM

Working days: 6 days working, Monday to Saturday.

CTC - Rs 240,000 - 420,000 per annum
