Role Summary:

Vyapar is actively seeking a graphic designer for the marketing team with extensive experience in digital media and print media for B2B businesses. Looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. You'll be primarily liasoning with the content marketing team to create design elements for blogs, e-books, social media, brochures, leaflets, handouts etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of aesthetic & effective visual designs for campaigns both offline & online and other internal design requirements that may come up from time to time
• Work on and extend the brand guidelines into all the design work going out to create a strong and comprehensive visual identity for the brand
• Create illustrations/ designs for social media banners, blogs, etc Design templates and presentations for all sales and business decks
• Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas
• Understand consumer journey Ideate and refer to relevant design touch-points
• Awareness of web & mobile design, applying knowledge of best practices & industry standards Work and communicate closely with Graphic Design team members and other key stakeholders

Desired Skills And Requirements:

Must Have:

• Proficient in Adobe Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD
• Passionate about and skilled in branding, mood, colour, and artistic design techniques
• Strong knowledge of typography, hierarchy, alignment, placement, and composition.
• Mastery of technical spacing including: kerning, tracking, leading
• Experience designing with photography and laying out imagery considering balance, flow, composition, and white space
• Knowledge of Photoshop techniques, tools, and shortcuts. Organized and streamlined program workflow
• Good Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to balance workload & priorities staying organized and flexible, and working quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with a strong point-of-view. Can interpret feedback and follow creative direction
• Maintains open, positive, and professional communication with team members and cross functional teams
• Knowledge of best web and mobile practices including file specs, appropriate sizing
• Advanced Graphic design, illustrations, basic knowledge of UI/UX
• Advanced software skills of Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong sense of typography, imagery, colours, composition and visual layouts
• Ability to keep up with and implement recent design trends
• Ability to clearly convey information through a variety of channels to individuals/groups various stakeholders
• Must be receptive to constructive feedback
• Take ownership of QC of all the assigned work
• Must organize all design deliverables within timelines agreed upon

Good to have:

Knowledge of Figma Knowledge of Video-editing

Experience:

2 - 3 years of experience in the domain

Education:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
