Executive - HR Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations and Payroll Executive to manage and enhance our HR processes, payroll administration, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, possess a strong understanding of payroll systems, and demonstrate a passion for creating a seamless employee experience.

Role & responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and retirements.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle HR documentation, such as offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, and relieving letters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes in a timely manner.

Payroll Administration

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary disbursement, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll accounts and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage attendance and leave records, integrating them into the payroll system for accurate payouts.

Employee Engagement & Support

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Support HR team in performance management processes and annual appraisals.
• Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing.
• Proficiency in payroll software and HRMS tools.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance in India.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
