Senior Graphic Designer ( Digital Media )

As a creative Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and creating compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to develop high-quality ad assets, social media graphics, and other creative materials that align with our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Ad Assets: Design eye-catching and effective ad creatives for various digital platforms, ensuring they meet performance objectives.
Brand Building: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity, creating cohesive visuals that reflect our companys values and vision.
Social Media: Create engaging graphics and visual content for social media channels, enhancing our online presence and driving engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and deliver visuals that support those goals.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to our creative process.
Consistency: Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the companys branding guidelines and tone of voice.

Key Qualifications:

3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the digital marketing or e-commerce industry.
Proven experience in designing ad assets for digital campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and retargeting banners.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand-building projects and social media content creation.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
