- Primary responsibility is to design and implement effective solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud.

- Role involves understanding the specific requirements and challenges of healthcare organizations and leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud to address those needs

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams, to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions.

- Defining data models, workflows, and integrations to ensure seamless operations and data management within the health ecosystem.

- Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and its features, as well as the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

- You'll be a great fit if you have: 8-12 years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Health Cloud.

- Proven experience in understanding the unique challenges faced by healthcare organizations. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud features and functionalities, including Patient Management, Care Coordination, and Population Health Management.

- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud will be a plus.

- A keen understanding of data modeling, workflow automation, and system integrations.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams.

- A passion for innovation and a desire to leverage technology to improve healthcare outcomes.
