Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing end-to-end B2B Commerce solutions on the Salesforce platform for our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and business analysts to deliver scalable, robust, and innovative solutions that meet our clients' unique business needs.

Responsibilities :

- Business Analysis : Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that projects and solutions align with business goals and requirements. Gather business requirements, analyze the business processes and translate business needs to Technical requirements.

- Solution Design : Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and challenges. Translate these into comprehensive, scalable, and efficient B2B Commerce solutions using Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and related technologies.

- Salesforce Expertise : Possess deep knowledge of the Salesforce B2B Commerce platform(LWR Template), including hands-on experience with B2B Commerce Cloud and related Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- System Integration : Define integration strategies and patterns to connect Salesforce B2B Commerce with various external systems, such as ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party applications.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure a clear understanding of project scope, requirements, and timelines.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including personas, process flows, business processes, Data Flow diagrams, data dictionary, design specifications, and integration documentation.

- Quality Assurance : Collaborate with the QA team to validate the developed solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Change Management : Help manage the process of change within an organization by facilitating communication, providing training, and assisting with the adoption of new processes or systems.

- Industry Knowledge : Stay updated with the latest Salesforce B2B Commerce trends, best practices, and innovations, and propose relevant enhancements to our clients' solutions.

Requirements / Skillset :

- Proven Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, specifically in designing and implementing B2B Commerce solutions.

- Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce B2B Commerce Admin Accredited Professional, and relevant architect domain certifications (Data, Integration, Security)

- Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs. Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

- Business Acumen : Strong understanding of B2B commerce processes, including order management, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.

- Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and architect innovative and practical solutions.

- Team Player : A collaborative attitude with a willingness to mentor and support other team members.

- Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and client needs.
