Muoro - Senior Business Analyst (6-8 yrs)

We're Hiring : Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, define, and document business needs.

- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

- Simplify complex requirements for team-wide understanding.

- Work with Engineering and QA teams to implement solutions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Communicate insights, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain strong relationships.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and design specs.

- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies effectively.

Attributes & Skills :

- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage commitments.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience & Education :

- Minimum 6 years in business analysis or related fields.

- Experience leading high-performing teams in Agile/Waterfall environments.

- Bachelor's degree (required); Diploma in Business Analysis (desirable).
