Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.

- Design and implement scalable backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Build and optimize responsive user interfaces with React.js.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly into applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers.

- Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.

- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the MERN stack.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on the MERN stack.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript is a plus.

- Strong expertise in React.js, including hooks, state management, and optimization techniques.

- In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for backend development.

- Experience with MongoDB, including schema design and aggregation pipelines.

- Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or similar).

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

- Knowledge of modern frontend tools and libraries like Webpack, Babel, etc.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
