Job Title

Demand Generation Specialist

WHAT YOULL BRING:

• A minimum of 5 Years experience in a similar position in IT Services company, with a focus on selling to prospects in India, the US or Europe preferably in Supply Chain Domain.
• A strong understanding of IT services markets, preferably in the Supply Chain domain.
• Ability to do primary and secondary market research to identify target audiences, understand their pain points, and identify potential opportunities within the Supply Chain IT services landscape.
• Expertise in designing and implementing multi-channel campaigns (including Voice, social media, and Email) to engage prospects and generate outbound lead.
• Capability to assess prospect needs, qualify leads based on their readiness and timelines, and prioritize opportunities.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot / Zoho CRM etc.
• Reasonable Data Analysis Skills to analyze data from campaigns and glean actionable insights.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Perform market research to evaluate demand for Kinaxis and Databricks across different geographies using various online tools and databases.
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns to promote IT services related to Kinaxis and Databricks, aiming to generate outbound lead.
• Engage directly with decision-makers through multiple communication channels such as email, and chat to create and advance opportunities.
• Update the CRM tool in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in management reviews and provide actionable insights on prospects, market trends, and competition.
