Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Optimization Analyst/Developer proficient in Gurobi/AMPL/Hexaly Solver to join our team. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing mathematical models and algorithms for solving complex business problems. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your problem-solving skills to real-world challenges in industries like supply chain, logistics and energy.

WHAT YOULL BRING:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, data analysis, or a similar role is preferred.
• Must have experience on Supply Chain Optimization/Solver tools like Gurobi, AMPL, Hexaly, O9 optimizer and Blue Yonder Optimizer.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Understanding of supply chain processes, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle and analyze large datasets.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Analyze supply chain data using AI-driven tools to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Assist in building predictive models and forecasting demand to support inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize data and share insights with stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions across supply chain operations.
• Monitor the performance of deployed solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.

IMPORTANT POINT TO NOTE:

• Please note that the company will provide Advance training on the Kinaxis Supply Chain AI tools and will facilitate your certification on Kinaxis AI tools. This certification will typically take 3 to 6 months. Post the certification, you must serve the company for a minimum period of 2 years. If you resign from the company before this 2-year period or anytime during the training, you will have to reimburse the company the training cost, which will be 6 months of your monthly CTC.
