Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify potential dealers, distributors, and end customers to expand the sales network.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Address client inquiries and provide technical/product support as needed.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for product and service enhancements.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including trade shows, cold calling, and networking.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in gate automation, hardware, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of gate motors and automation systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
