Business Development Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and achieving revenue targets by promoting and selling IT solutions such as websites, CRM systems, and portals. The role involves identifying potential clients, delivering product demonstrations, and fostering strong relationships with customers. This position requires a proactive, target-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Present IT products and services to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations to address client needs and objections.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
• Develop and execute strategies to close deals effectively.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Provide feedback on client requirements to improve product offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any bechalar's fields.
• Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skill
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
