We are seeking a candidate who has, CA, CS or MBA (Marketing) degree who is dynamic, smart, communicative and willing to do business development in a CA Firm.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing strategies to foster the company's expansion and achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Develop new business opportunities through effective communication, convincing power, interpersonal skills, presentability, and smartness.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress.
• Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• CA or CS willing to do business development in a CA Firm.
• Proven track record of generating revenue growth through successful sales strategies in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
