Role & responsibilities

• Reach out (via email and calling) to potential and existing B2B clients (pan India) to establish a warm, professional connection and introduce our brand effectively.
• Consistently follow-up on inquiries and leads to ensure all client needs are addressed, and no details are overlooked.
• Address client queries and concerns confidently, offering solutions to ensure a positive experience.
• Organize and nurture leads, ensuring a seamless journey from initial outreach to partnership
• Act as a knowledgeable representative for our company, strengthening business relationships and fostering long-term partnerships

Preferred candidate profile

• Language Proficiency: Strong command of spoken and written English
• Experience: 1-3 years in Tele-calling, customer service, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B environment
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect, empathize, and communicate effectively with clients
• Multitasking: Manage multiple calls, follow-ups, and client records efficiently
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer software to maintain client data
• Persistence and Resilience: Enthusiastic about making connections, with a positive attitude even after challenging calls
