Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence Domain (8-15 yrs)

Reports to : VP, Product Management

Location : Bangalore, India - Onsite (WFO - 5 days)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to build AI Marketplace. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI Marketplace. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Product Vision and Strategy : Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI marketplace applications in collaboration with stakeholders.

2. Market Analysis : Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends,
competitor activity, and customer needs.

3. Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and prioritise product requirements.

4. Product Requirements : Develop product requirements documents (PRDs) that capture the features, functionality, and performance of our AI solutions.

5. Collaboration with Engineering : Work closely with the AI Engineer and engineering team to ensure successful product development, testing, and deployment.

6. Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop go-to-market strategies for new AI Marketplace product, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans.

7. Sales Support : Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training, demos, and support materials.

8. Performance Metrics : Establish key performance metrics to measure the success and inform future product decisions.

Requirements :

1. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration

2. Experience on building and working on Marketplace products

3. Technical Skills :

- Familiarity with Product Management concepts and technologies

- Understanding of software development life cycles (e.g., Agile)

4. Experience : 4+ years of experience in product management

5. Soft Skills : Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have :

1. Experience with product development methodologies (e.g., Lean Product Development)

2. Familiarity with design thinking principles

3. Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
