Regional Sales Manager - B2B Sales - Textile (5-10 yrs)

Role & responsibilities:
1. Achieving sales and collection target along with other relevant KPIs for the region
2. Managing Key Accounts to help the team with maintenance of share and key negotiations with respect to price and share gain
3. Maintaining financial hygiene with respect to debtor days and overdue collection
4. Managing people 5-6 employees
5. Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share
6. Being aware of market trends and competition activities to support key strategic initiatives
7. Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff
8. Training and development of sales personnel
9. Profitability and gross margin improvement
10.Maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline for the region to support consistent growth
Preferred candidate profile:
- An MBA with at least 5 yrs of experience in sales and product management functions
- Sound knowledge of products, applications, end user industry manufacturing processes
- High quality analytical written and verbal communication, negotiation, decision making, and people development skills
