Job Summary :

The role of AI Product Manager within our Enterprise AI team in India.

This position is integral to creating and executing the product roadmap associated with the AI-enablement of enterprise business workflow optimization at Client.

The role will also shepherd the portfolio for creating high priority data products that are foundational to the AI solutions to be built.

The successful candidate will be working with business stakeholders and leading a team of data scientists, data engineers, and ML engineers to deliver AI solutions that add value to Client's businesses.

This position will provide broad exposure to the application of technology to enable business with many opportunities for growth and professional development for the candidate.

Key responsibilities (day-to-day tasks, learning and development opportunities) :

- Lead team of data & AI technical staff of the AI Accelerator to create data products and AI/ML models to complement the various enterprise workflows optimized across subsurface, operations, and corporate functions.

- Lead team of data & AI technical staff of the AI Accelerator to collaborate closely with Enterprise AI leaders and GCC Subsurface and Operations Directors to scale and integrate AI solutions into the business framework

- Develop the roadmap of high-priority data products used to effectively deliver AI capabilities and enablers in alignment with the overall enterprise workflow optimization vision

- Create and maintain the AI opportunities and associated data products backlog in close collaboration with business units and digital platforms across various enterprise workflows

- Oversee progress to continuously align delivery and roadmaps with AI program goals

- Work across the AI product life cycle to ensure that new ideas are effectively prioritized, executed, scaled, and managed to sunset

- Ensure Responsible AI governance is applied to AI use cases across the enterprise workflows to be optimized

- Provide technical review of the team's work in AI solution architecture and model methodology and performance

- Understand and communicate the value of the proposed opportunity with team members and other stakeholders.

- Provide technical mentoring in AI and analytics technologies and general technology consulting skills

- Set clear expectations and align teams on shared team goals and outcomes while working with customers and team members across various geographies

- Identify important data for decision-making and remove barriers to achieve results by using impactful data to track progress and performance

- Takes actions to develop self and others beyond existing skillset, specifically growing AI and data fluency amongst peers and partners

- Encourages innovative ideas, adapts to change and changing technologies

- Understand and communicate data, insights, and model behaviors to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.

- Foster positive relationships across Client GCC, Enterprise AI, and business unit customers

Required Qualifications :

- Proven experience and deep knowledge of delivering AI-enabled projects with a minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing AI/ML models and/or various optimization algorithms

- 10-15 years of experience

- Preferred experience in digital and/or data science product management

- Solid foundation in mathematics, probability, and statistics with demonstrated depth of knowledge and experience in advanced analytics and data science methodologies (e.g supervised and unsupervised learning, statistics, data science model development)

- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of cloud AI/ML services (Azure Machine Learning and Databricks preferred)

- Domain knowledge relevant to the oil and gas value chain and associated business workflows are required (e.g, upstream, midstream, or downstream)

- Very strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of technical depth with both technical stakeholders (AI/ML professionals and Petro technical engineers/scientists), as well as business functions across all levels of technical depth

- Ability to quickly assess current state and apply technical concepts across cross-functional business workflows.

- Experience with driving successful execution, deliverables, and accountabilities to meet quality and schedule goals.

- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business value.

- Demonstrated ability to engage and establish collaborative relationships both inside and outside immediate workgroup at various organizational levels, across functional and geographic boundaries to achieve desired outcomes.
