About the Role :

As an IT Technical Lead for SAP S4/HANA EAM & IAM, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value. You will play a pivotal role in managing the entire lifecycle of SAP EAM & IAM applications, from initial design to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of SAP technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA EAM & IAM technologies and trends.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to define functional and technical requirements.

- Design and implement SAP S/4HANA EAM & IAM solutions that align with business objectives.

- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions.

- Provide third-level support for critical SAP issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.

- Implement automation solutions using tools like RPA or workflow automation.

- Optimize SAP processes to reduce costs and improve performance.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10-15 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM & IAM modules.

- Strong understanding of SAP configuration, customization, and integration.

- Experience in managing large-scale SAP projects.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules (preferred).

- Knowledge of ABAP programming (preferred).

- Certification in SAP S/4HANA EAM & IAM (preferred)
