✅ Collaborate with stakeholders on-site to gather and analyze business requirements.
✅ Align client needs with existing systems and architecture.
✅ Document workflows, business processes, and user stories with clarity.
✅ Translate business requirements into actionable development specifications.
✅ Facilitate project milestones, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ongoing client engagement.
✅ Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
✅ Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
💼 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
🛠️ Strong knowledge of SDLC, UML, and business analysis methodologies.
🔍 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
💻 Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.
🗨️ Fluency in Marathi is required.
📜 Certified Business Analyst (preferred).
