Delivery Manager

Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders.

• Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.

• Ensure the contract is carried out correctly. • Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.

• Track and manage all engagement metrics.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to minimize impact on project delivery.

• Resource Management: Manage project resources, including staffing, budgets, and external vendors, to ensure optimal project performance.

• Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

• Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.

• Assembling and leading the project team.

• Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.

• Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion. • Ensure the teams success in delivery, primarily by helping to identify and especially remove impediments impacting the teams ability to deliver.

• Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developer. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Work with sales teams to generate new business

. Qualifications & Experience • 5 to 7 years of experience as Project Delivery • Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Masters - IT / CS

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities, Soft Spoken • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

• Working experience with Government client
