- Helpdesk personnel should be skilled in remote support tools and techniques for diagnosing and resolving issues remotely, as well as ticketing systems for tracking and prioritizing support requests
- Additionally, strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users are essential.

They are higher people with lot of requirements but they are only doing data entry related work they have, lot of work burden and no support for any help by senior, third class company. If you want anything from company like certificate, documents, form 16 then HR not given any response in mail and no one can listen your problems. Third grade company with less responsible.
