Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Team Lead/Architect with 8+ years of expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in the Lightning framework and system integrations, capable of designing and delivering scalable solutions FSL that enhance our Salesforce platform in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements.
- At architect level, candidates who have implemented end to end sales force solutions, support and mentor team.
- Design and implement solutions using Field Service Lightning (FSL) to support scheduling, dispatching, and field operations, including mobile workflows, scheduling, and resource optimization.
- Develop responsive and userfriendly applications using Salesforce Lightning Components, Lightning App Builder, and the Aura framework.
- Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, process builders, and Lightning Components.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g, ERP, marketing tools) using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g, MuleSoft), and AppExchange solutions.
- Lightning Development, with custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to enhance the Salesforce user interface.
- Optimize performance and usability of Salesforce Lightning Experience for endusers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, highquality solutions.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system functionality and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, custom processes, and integrations.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of Salesforce development & certification experience with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and customization.
- Proficiency in Lightning Components, Lightning App Builder, and the Aura framework.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
- Advanced skills in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- SalesForce certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Mulesoft or similar middleware integration tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
