Salesforce Architect - Sales & Service Cloud (8-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, including multi-cloud implementations (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.

- Define scalable and secure technical architectures aligned with business goals, including integration with external systems, data modeling, and user interface design.

Solution Delivery :

- Provide end-to-end technical leadership across Salesforce implementations, ensuring quality delivery on time and within scope.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into scalable solutions, balancing business needs and technical feasibility.

Integration & Security :

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), and third-party tools.

- Ensure all designs adhere to Salesforce platform security standards and regulatory compliance (e.g, GDPR, HIPAA).

Team Leadership :

- Provide mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and junior architects, ensuring adherence to coding best practices, design principles, and development standards.

- Act as a technical escalation point and provide troubleshooting guidance during development and deployment phases.

Optimization & Governance :

- Optimize Salesforce performance, including configuration, custom development, and system integrations.

- Establish and maintain governance processes, including code reviews, solution design reviews, and platform usage guidelines.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience :

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead.

- Hands-on expertise in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex environments, including multi-cloud implementations.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows.

- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems and databases.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect/System Architect.

- Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, or Integration Architect certifications.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), and integration tools.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Shield, security architecture, and data encryption techniques.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.), and Git
