Salesforce FSL Developer - Apex/Visual Force (7-14 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce FSL Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on the Field Service Lightning (FSL) platform.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions that enhance customer service, improve field service operations, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce FSL Development :

- Design, develop, and implement custom FSL solutions, including mobile applications, work orders, dispatch, and service contracts.

- Customize FSL features to meet specific business requirements.

- Integrate FSL with other Salesforce products and third-party systems.

Salesforce Development :

- Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and other platform features.

Release Management & Deployment :

- Manage Salesforce releases and deployments effectively, preferably using Salesforce DevOps Center.

- Ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce deployments.-

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Salesforce FSL and other Salesforce applications.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce implementations.

Integration :

- Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, mobile devices) is preferred.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce FSL, including core features like work orders, dispatch, mobile, and service contracts.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development technologies.

- Experience with Salesforce release management and deployment processes, preferably using Salesforce DevOps Center.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
