With over 8 years of experience, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Architect, design, and deploy sophisticated Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

- Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise on Salesforce best practices.

- Lead technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery and knowledge sharing.

Custom Development :

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.

- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable components aligned with client requirements.

Integration Expertise :

- Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.

- Ensure data integrity and synchronization across multiple platforms.

Technical Analysis & Solutioning :

- Analyze complex business requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.

- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure robust solution design.

Collaboration & Mentorship :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and business analysts, to align technical solutions with business objectives.

- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Performance Optimization :

- Conduct system performance audits, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

- Optimize existing implementations for peak performance and minimal downtime.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Salesforce Development :

- Mastery of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.

- Proficiency with Salesforce tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers.

Integration Knowledge :

- Extensive experience with API integrations and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi).

- Knowledge of Salesforce Connect, External Objects, and integration patterns.

Technical Proficiency :

- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.

- Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python (a plus).

Other Skills :

- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
