Salesforce Solution Architect - Field Service Lightning (10-12 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our team.

In this role, you'll work closely with product teams to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce field service solutions, integrating with SAP and other systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical solutions.

- Design and document complex Salesforce architectures for Field Service Lightning implementations.

- Develop and maintain technical specifications, data models, and integration designs.

- Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed throughout the entire development lifecycle.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure successful FSL deployments.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce FSL solutions.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce FSL, SAP, and other enterprise systems using APIs and other integration technologies.

- Continuously analyze and improve FSL processes and configurations to optimize performance and user experience.

- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, business analysts) to ensure project success.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service applications.

- Expert knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning features and functionality (mobile, scheduling, inventory, work orders, service appointments).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and APIs (REST, SOAP).

- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Visualforce).

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (middleware, APIs).

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect & FSL Consultant (preferred).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with other Salesforce products (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud).

- Experience with other CRM systems.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting.

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
