Financial Planning & Analysis - Manager / Sr. Manager

- CA / MBA with 5+ yrs post qualification experience

- Excellent in Comm skills. Experience of dealing with senior management, stakeholders

- Ability to work with Business leaders & provide them insights on their businesses basis the P&L position

- Ability/Experience of preparing & presenting monthly MIS/decks on business performance to CEO & CFO

- Ability/Experience of preparing board decks on company's performance

- Very good in Excel & Power Point skills

- Working knowledge of Oracle & Hyperion/BI Tools

- Worked with large corporation/ MNC

- Ability to perform market research of competitors, Industry

- Ability to drive budgeting & forecasting exercises

- Ability to manage a future team of 3/5 FP&A resources

- Analyses our financial results at detail level.

- Seeks the necessary answers for up & down in business

- Has the ability to interact with Business heads directly, helps them understand their results & reasons behind variances, corrective action

- Works with finance teams/FD's to make necessary changes in accounting, MIS where needed

- Works with businesses & Finance on performing the budgeting & forecasting

- Preparing decks for Country CFO & CEO reviews with region & global (Top notch decks, not just copy paste of tables)

- Also interacts with Regional & Global stakeholders on India financial matters

- Reports to CFO
