Qualification: MBA/CA.

Responsibilities:

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Analyze variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Present findings to senior management.

- Strategic Planning: Partner with business leaders to develop financial models and provide insights to support strategic initiatives, new product launches, and business expansion.

- Performance Management: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations to optimize performance.

- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess financial risks, and support business decisions.

- Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to provide financial guidance and support business initiatives.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.

- Team Leadership (if applicable): Mentor and develop FP&A team members (if applicable).

- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required by senior management.
