Job Summary:

- We are looking for a FP&A Manager to take ownership of financial planning, analysis, and business performance tracking.

- The ideal candidate will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), escalate issues proactively, and optimize working capital to ensure financial efficiency.

- This role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in business finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and analyze business KPIs, identifying trends and potential risks.

- Provide timely escalation of deviations from the budgets in the AOP as per the defined metrics in the SOP.

- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance with forecasts and budgets and seek necessary approvals.

- Work closely on Working Capital optimization, ensuring efficient cash flow management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and business performance.

- Develop and present insightful financial reports and dashboards.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance financial controls.

- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in business finance, FP&A or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Deep understanding of financial statements and key business drivers.

- Expertise in working capital management and financial risk assessment.

- Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems.

- Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders.

- Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
