Job Summary:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 4 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in Financial Reporting (FR) within medium to listed organizations.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, manage statutory reporting, and support financial decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IGAAP/Ind AS and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Manage statutory audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure timely audit completion.

- Work closely with internal teams for consolidation, financial planning, and tax reporting.

- Monitor changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance.

- Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance financial reporting processes and controls.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 4 years of PQE in Financial Reporting.

- Experience working in medium to listed organizations.

- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind AS.

- Hands-on experience in statutory reporting, financial statements preparation, and audit management.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
