The collaborative spirit among employees creates a positive and supportive work environment. That said, I believe there is always room for enhancement. For example, while the fast-paced environment is exciting, streamlining certain processes could boost efficiency even further. Manager, that if you're lucky enough. The best part is the experience you gain from here, trust me the pace you would be working at would make your next job's timelines look a walk in the park. It's a great place to start out your career because of the learning curve.

Dislikes

It's the stringent working hours, while at an MNC you won't have to sit in office for prolonged hours despite completing your work. Here at EMotorad, staying at least till 7 is a must. Trust me you will be milked (but hey being young and motivated helps with it). While your friends would be enjoying a concert on the weekend, you will be in the office on alternative saturdays just trying to get through the day....Read More
