Bhanzu - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (3-5 yrs)

The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

The role requires a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills, expertise in financial modeling, and the ability to collaborate across departments for accurate reporting and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, update, and analyze MIS (Management Information Systems) and financial data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.

- Consolidate financial and operational data for accurate and timely reporting.

- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to aid in strategic decision-making.

- Develop dashboards and visualizations for monitoring key metrics.

- Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs for MIS preparation, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Streamline and automate MIS reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.

- Provide ad-hoc MIS reports and analysis as required.

- Contribute to enhancing the design and functionality of MIS systems.

Experience & Skills:

- MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A.

- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent cross-functional coordination and collaboration skills.

- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver insights to stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

- Familiarity with dashboarding tools and MIS systems is an advantage
