Fidelis - Senior Salesforce Lead/Architect - Apex/Visual Force (10-12 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Salesforce Lead/Architect to join our team in Chennai.

This role demands a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions.

You will be responsible for providing architectural guidance, leading development efforts, and mentoring junior team members.

This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

- Design and architect robust and scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.

- This includes considering performance, security, and maintainability.

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and analysts, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, solution design, and career development.

- Contribute to development efforts, including Apex coding, Lightning Web Component (LWC) development, Flow creation, and integration development.

- Be prepared to code alongside your team.

- Elicit and analyze complex business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure project success and satisfaction.

- This includes regular communication and status updates.

- Drive projects to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

- This involves project planning, task management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

- Maintain deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Quoting, Flows, Integrations, Apex, and LWC.

- Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases and features.

- Champion and enforce Salesforce best practices, including coding standards, security guidelines, and design patterns.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.

- Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other systems using various integration patterns and tools.

- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks.

- Escalate critical issues as needed.

- Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development to stay at the forefront of Salesforce technology.
