Position 1: HR Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and administrative functions. This role requires a versatile professional who can work independently to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

  1. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.

  1. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.

  1. Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and development plans.

  1. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
    • Ensure accurate payroll processing and administer employee benefits programs.

  1. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.

  1. Exit Management:
    • Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlements.

  1. HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.

  1. Office Management:
    • Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and vendor relationships.

  1. Travel and Accommodation:
    • Manage employee travel arrangements and maintain expense records.

  1. Event and Meeting Coordination:
    • Organize corporate events and manage meeting logistics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a standalone HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.


Position 2: HR/Sales Intern
Position Title: HR/Sales Intern
Employment Type: Internship (3–6 months)
Overview:
We are looking for a proactive HR/Sales Intern eager to gain experience in both human resources and sales operations. This role offers hands-on learning opportunities in lead generation, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities.
  2. Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
  3. Follow up with leads and maintain client communication.
  4. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  5. Update and maintain sales databases and CRM tools.

HR Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  2. Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  3. Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation.
  4. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
  5. Help organize training sessions and track participation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude to learn and contribute.
