Job Description
- Collaborate closely with Gas Service Client Managers to understand customer service needs and requirements
- Serve as a bridge between customers and Gas Service Client Managers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery
- Provide expert consultation on our range of services, assisting customers in making informed decisions
- Facilitate the development of service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
- Address customer complaints with professionalism, providing resolutions that maintain the companys reputation for excellent service
- Diagnose and fix technical issues with compressors during service and operations.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring quick and effective resolution of service issues.
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers and service staff to improve understanding and handling of compressor equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and insights on compressor performance and serviceability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and standard processes in compressor service and operations.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field with proven experience of 2 to 5 years
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the service industry
- Proven experience in compressor service and operations, with a strong track record of fixing and problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical information clearly.
- Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific region to provide on-site support.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to compressor service.
- Self-motivation to find efficient and effective ways to accomplish end goals
